14 Weeks Pregnant

14 Week Old Baby

The baby’s arms will be more proportion with the rest of her body. She may now be able to suck her thumb. She’ll have more facial expressions like the parents with squinting and frowning. The baby will develop hair over the body. The spleen will start to produce red blood cells. Amniotic fluid is being breathed in and out of the baby’s lungs. The amniotic fluid renews itself every 3 hours. Except for urine it is still unknown what else it is composed of. Your baby is a little bit over 4 inches now.
