The baby moving may help decide when your due date will be around.

It’s a good idea to get plenty of fluids. Drink plenty of water. Unless your doctor prescribes, don’t go on a low salt diet. Iodized salt is recommended in the diet. Avoid canned soups, processed or cured meats and salty snacks. Having too much salt in your diet can result in excessive fluid retention.

Eating more iron is necessary. As the volume if blood is increased, so isn’t your baby’s own blood supply which results in iron increase in your diet. Many cold cereals offer 100% of the daily iron intake you need. It’s a good idea to avoid iron supplements because those can cause constipation and GI stress. For snacks try some dry fruit.
