17 Weeks Pregnant
Be careful when you walk as you may be more off balance then usual. Tan colored
spots may be appearing on your face. Not to worry though, these aren’t
permanent. They soon fade after giving birth. Wear sun block to avoid the spots
from becoming darker. Your nipples may become enlarged and the areola may
darken. If you’re having a hard time sleeping, try getting some exercise during
the day. Avoid fluids after dinner time to reduce the amount of bathroom
interruptions during the night. It’s suggested to have a bedtime snack to help
keep blood sugar levels high while you sleep. An herbal tea or warm milk can
help aid in sleeping.
