Body changes during second trimester of pregnancy

During the second trimester of pregnancy, women feel more excited and less fatigued. This is the best period during pregnancy to do some projects and go for a well deserved vacation. During this period, the fetus starts enlarging, and the abdomen gradually acquires a more round shape. The tiredness and fatigue will subside and you will feel more comfortable to do some light activities including getting the baby’s room ready! This is aptly called the best period of pregnancy for women.

Body changes during third trimester of pregnancy

This is the time when your body and baby will experience the most change, and consequently, you may feel the onslaught of exhaustion again. Your night sleep will also be interrupted as your need to use the restroom increased due to the uterus pushing on your bladder, and your abdomen will acquire its maximum roundness. So, it is advisable during this time of pregnancy to try to take a nap during the day and relax a bit. Because, rest will be only a vision after your little bundle arrives.
