Had tubal but is this a ectopic pregnancy?

I had a tubal ligation 4 months ago. I am now experiencing
vaginal bleeding ( period was only 15 days ago) cramping, feeling
dizzy/lightheaded, and cold at times. What is going on and could this
be an ectopic pregnancy? I have had no problem getting pregnant before
my husband and I have six children so I am extremly furtile. Anyone
with ideas?? Thanks
