I'm looking into dietary supplements and wondering if they can really make a person a better athlete. I've found lots of claims stating that these supplements work, but most seem designed to sell the product, and I also hear that many are exaggerated and not based on scientific research. Have you used any that you've found to be effective? Would love to know of specific supplements that can improve performance.

i took supplement for the past 4 years, tribolus, creatine, protein, vitamins... i stoped them all, i dont know if because of my use of supplements or for another reason but i am now experiencing fatigue trhoughout my days. to be honest, the suppements did work, specially creatine in building muscle but it may have screwed my overall energy..:(
