any older fathers out there?

I'm wondering if there are any older fathers out there with younger
children. How do you keep up with them? In between work and other
responsibilities, it's often hard for older fathers to find the energy
to partake in physical games with their children. I ask these questions
along the lines of avoiding and fighting fatigue, herbal supplements,
any tips perhaps?
