Hi,

I've read that for men, increasing the fiber intake is one of the most important things you can do to support your health. I also see that it helps to lower your weight, cholesterol,  and blood sugar. When you put together a diet that is rich in fiber with certain green vegetables like cabbage, celery, and broccoli, does it matter how much you cook them? So raw foods are more nutritional than steamed or cooked, but can cooking really reduce fiber content? Thanks in advance for your feedback. -Superbakka
