pregnancy possible?

my tubes have been tied and i have had an endometrial ablasion. if i reverse the tubal is there any chance of getting pregnant? or not since i am not having a monthly period.? no hystorectomy, no hormonal just the ablasion. we now want to get pregnant or adopt. any leads for adoption?
