ChuChai,
I wouldn't worry at all about not your tummy not feeling big at all, it will get big with time. Alot of women don't get big until about 6 or so months. Also don't worry about not feeling movement yet, they say around 20 weeks is when you should feel movement. If you have any concerns though it is always best to talk to your doctor because he/she is the expert!

Maybe your big inside......the baby might have lots of room inside and that's why you are not showing yet. Gosh, do not worry. When you finally show, you'll wish you didn't. I am 12 weeks pregnant and I'm showing but I'm a heavy person and I had twins 9 years ago so my mommy belly never really disappeared. As for the movement, don't worry. 20 weeks is when the baby will start moving and you'll be able to feel it. Its moving already, but not enough for you to notice.
