fatigue abd tiredness

from a few years back ave been feeling very tired, specially during a sport or if i have to wake up early, i took supplements like creatine for a while and also smoked weed for a few months, this may be the cause of my tiredness. does anyone know anythign related to this who can help me? thanx

Fibromyalgia is a syndrome of chronic fatgue and diffuse muscle pain and sleep problems. There is not yet a proven cause, but there is some evidence to suggest that it may be created by a certain central nervous system abnormality that heightens a person's sensitivity to pain.
