My question is being answered differently all over the place. I need someone to answer this the question of-how long do you have to wait to nurse after having a few holiday drinks w/family and friends? Is there a chart out there for nursing mothers to go by for when they have occasional nights out. I.E. ones that tell you how long to how much you drank or how much alc% to how long you have to wait? Help, want to be careful, holidays are coming!
