It seems quite unlikely that during pregnancy a woman should follow a rigorous training schedule. But quitting exercise totally would only add to your problems. Exercise is a very effective and natural of fighting constipation, a possible perennial trouble during pregnancy. It can also prevent possible wear and tear of body muscles which suffer quite heavily due to hormonal changes. Exercising during pregnancy is very helpful as it relieves anxiety and stress, so common during this period, and helps you to sleep peacefully at night. And last but not the least, these physical movements provide the baby with the required amount of flexibility.
